Elisha - 2 King 2;1 - 7;2 - A Man of Might and Miracles.

Elisha was a hardworking farmer when God called him to train to be a prophet. For the next ten years he served alongside Elijah. This faithful man trusted in his God and ask for a double portion of grace to serve God with, and God granted his wish. Unlike Elijah who was fiery Elisha was gentle and gracious devoted to serving God, and Gods people. God worked many mighty miracles through him. But knowing his limitations he also trained young men in the school of the prophets, to carry on the work of teaching others to teach Gods words. Elisha persevered to the end faithfully serving God doing whatever he could in Gods service, will you do so also?
